Description:
Healthy Weight is a well-rounded, solution-focused diet of meats, grains and fruits for cats with a more sedentary lifestyle. We have focused on the nutrition that overweight cats need to remain healthy with less caloric intake. These cats tend to gain weight (lifestyle is more sedentary), experience hip and joint problems (from carrying excessive weight or aging), and tend to eat more (because they do not feel full). With this in mind, we have focused on lifestyle specific nutrition for healthy and happy weight-challenged cats. Holistic Nutrition for your Overweight Adult Cat - A focus on Urinary Tract Health with: Ideal Urine pH. Stones will not form in urine that is neither too acidic or too alkaline. Data showing low Standard Error of Mean and therefore extremely accurate results. Low mineral levels without the use of corn or corn gluten. Natural Cranberry Power. Natural urine acidifiers and bacteria fighters with 3 distinct sources of cranberries. Weight Loss - 11% fewer calories than regular adult diets. 44% less fat than regular adult diet. Cats will eat less and feel satisfied longer with increased fiber from oat fiber and tomato pomace. Guaranteed amounts of L-Carnitine to promote increased fat metabolism. Healing Support for Overburdened Joints - Guaranteed amounts of glucosamine and chondroitin, to help replenish cartilage in aging and/or overburdened joints. Excellent digestibility scores.
Customer review:
My Cat loves this food, and I love it too because since she has been eating it, she has lost a bit of weight, has plenty of energy, and her COAT looks amazing! It is much thicker and shinier than before and she seems very happy. I don't think it is too expensive - one bag lasts our cat almost 3 months! That means you are spending less than $15 per month on cat food, and honestly what good Cat-Parent wouldn't spend only $0.50 per day to make sure his/her little one is getting excellent nutrition?
