I have both my Kitten and Adult cat on Wellness formulas. I've noticed that the product is always fresh, because it has a nice smell and a crispier crunch than any of the other brands we'ved tried in the past. They also prefer the the taste over past brands. My older cat also tends to have digestive issues, but her movements have been normal and less stinky with Wellness.

Ok, first the background of our little kitties. Their moms a stray, their about 4 weeks old. The mother recently tried to take them on an excursion far away from the house where we adopted them from. They went missing for 10 days so to be on the safe side when she brought them back the owners at the time seperated them and gave us a call. We adopted them same day. Now i know weening a baby from the mothers milk is a pain. I had ordered this ahead of time so we would have everything in place for the new kitties which we werent supposed to get for about 4 more weeks. Well good thing i did cause without any hesitation they started eating this stuff. Never had solid cat food before, still nursing. This weened them instantly. no formula mixxed in at all. Im very happy with this stuff. Its a little expensive but for how long your actually gonna need it (up to 4 months) Its not that bad of an investment considering how much the kittens actually eat.

After experimenting a bit to find dry food all three of my felines would eat, and after reviewing and researching ingredients and labels, I landed on Blue Buffalo's kitten food. My oldest cat, KatKat, age 3, will sneak eat the kitten's portions. I don't think it hurts her. All three are healthy, trim, with shiny coats, abundant energy. I free-feed this food and supplement with wet food in the a.m. and p.m. (amazingly, the best wet food I've found so far Fancy Feast Gourmet Cat Food, Flaked Fish & Shrimp Feast; it has good ingredients and seems a good value for the price; I am currently waiting on a delivery of Best Feline Friend Canned Cat Food, Tuna Too Cool Recipe--will post a review when the furry ones had a chance to taste-test it).
